Hello my name is Dottie! I am a super sweet little girl! I was rescued from the impound after sitting there for a very long time watching all the baby kitties get rescued while I waited hopeful that one day it would be my turn. That day finally came and I just can't stop talking about it! I like to tell you what I am thinking and I like when you talk back to me. I love affection to and would love a home where I can be loved in return. I don't mind other cats or dogs but if I had my way..... I would be the only one so that I could easily hog all of your attention. My foster mom says I am a really good girl with quite the personality! I was adopted once but my new mom became allergic to me. I was really sad. I have been waiting 3 long years for a home to call my own. I swear I am a great cat! Someone out there has to love me :(
